About Us

TradersCircle Pty Ltd ABN 65 120 660 497 is running a competition.  The winner receives a place in our Trading Mastery Program Melbourne, 2019 valued at $4,975 AU.  The competition shall be on the following terms and conditions, by entering the competition, you acknowledge that they understand and agree to them:

1. The promotion is between 1st March 2019 to 31st March 2019.
2. The competition is only open to residents of Victoria, Australia.
3. Participants must be 18 years or older on the date of the commencement of the Trading Mastery Program.
4. To enter, participants must complete the form by providing first name, last name, email and phone number.
5. By entering the competition your details will be added to our database and you may receive marketing emails, all client information held by us complies with our Privacy Policy.
6. There will be one winner in total.
7. The competition will be drawn on Monday 1st April 2019 at our office – Level 7, 85 Queen Street Melbourne.
8. The draw will be overseen by Joanne Prior, Compliance Manager of TradersCircle Pty Ltd or in her absence a suitable delegate to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions are met.
9. The draw will involve one entry being selected at random.
10. Only the Winner of the Prize will be notified by phone and email within 72 hours of the Draw.
11. The winners’ name will be published on the TradersCircle Facebook page.
12. The Winner of the Prize shall receive the Prize by participating at the Trading Mastery Program in Melbourne, during 2019.
13. The prize to participate in the Trading Mastery Program is not transferable to another person or to another date outside 2019, unless agreed to by TradersCircle Pty Ltd.
14. If the Winner of the Prize does not claim the prize within 1 week from notification by acknowledging such win, TradersCircle reserves the right to terminate the competition.
15. Multiple entries from the same entrant will be treated as one entry.
16. In the event of a dispute involving any aspect of this competition, TradersCircle Pty Ltd will decide which will be final and binding.
17. Friends and family members of TradersCircle Pty Ltd staff are ineligible to enter.
18. Please note that TradersCircle Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any issues or costs associated with accessing the internet for the purpose of entering the competition.
