Whenever an options trade is recommended you will receive an email and SMS notifying you of the details of the trade. Once the Recommendation is made you can access the website for details via Recommended Trades. Once in this section you can see at a glance a training video outlining the reasons for entering the trade, a copy of a screen shot of the options strategy calculator outlining potential return and risk, and some written text outlining the analysis and expectations for the trade.
The Recommendation Archive allows you to see at a glance every options trade that has ever recommended, together with a training video outlining the reasons for entering the trade, a copy of a screen shot of the Options Strategy Calculator on the day outlining potential return and risk, and the historical returns.
The Buy Write Calculator
The Buy Write Calculator is a tool that allows you to quickly scan for buy write trades. A Buy Write trade involves buying the share and simultaneously selling a call option at a slightly higher price, with the call option premium boosting the returns available on your capital at risk. The calculator allows you to see at a glance how changing your stock selection, strike price and expiry month alters your capital at risk and your returns available on capital at risk.
This in turn allows you to sift through many potential trades in a short space of time and then pick the best possible trade.
The Options Strategy Calculator
TradersCircle established this calculator because there is no other calculator on the market that can accurately forecast the value of an options position taking into account all parameters in the market that affect the pricing of an options position. This tool is a very powerful application for anybody considering taking a position in the options market as it can accurately forecast the effects of movements in share price, time and volatility on an options position. It can also provide the user with forecast movements in ACH margin for sold options given a move in the underlying share price. The calculator can value any spread trade position up to four legs, giving the user the ability to project what the value of each of the legs will be as well as the combined value of the position
The ability to accurately forecast the value of your position given movements in the market allows you to quickly assess many potential trade parameters in a short space of time and compare your strategy selections to assess the best trades available in the market on any given day.

Resource Centre
The Resource Centre is a tool developed to give you a measure of fundamental data regarding all option able stocks in the market. The idea behind this tool is to provide you with a suite of financial ratios that give you the ability to make a decision on whether a stock is overpriced or underpriced for a buy write trade, or indeed if you wish to own the stock. Some of the financial information present includes:
- Is the stock overpriced relative to its peers?
- Is the stock showing growth in earnings?
- Is the stock reinvesting its profits?
- Is the stock too expensive relative to its earnings?
This tool also contains a number of other financial measures such as dividends payable and historical returns on stocks, and is a great way of assessing certain financial measures on stocks.
Volatility Centre
One of the major determinants on an options’ price is the prevailing volatility on the underlying stock. The volatility centre assists you in looking at historical and current volatility by way of a graph to see whether the current volatility is high or low compared to it’s average levels. If volatility is very high it may mean you are paying too much for an option and vice versa.
If you are new to the market this tool is a great way of knowing at a glance whether you should be buying or selling options.
