TradersCircle keeps a record of your personal details. TradersCircle is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of personal information (e.g. your full name, address, contact details etc.) we collect and hold about you.

TradersCircle has adopted the principles set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act (see www.privacy.gov.au/faqs/index.html ), as part of our continuing commitment to client service and maintenance of client confidentiality. If you wish to have any part of our Privacy Policy explained, please ask.

TradersCircle's Privacy Policy Statement will be reviewed from time to time to take account of new laws and technology, changes to our operations and practices and to make sure it remains appropriate to the changing environment.

We obtain all of the information directly from our customers through application or other forms, and from maintaining records of information provided in the course of ongoing customer service.

TradersCircle trains its employees and advisers who handle personal information to respect the confidentiality of customer information and the privacy of individuals. TradersCircle regards breaches of your privacy very seriously and will impose appropriate penalties, including dismissal.

TradersCircle has a Privacy Officer, who oversees the privacy policy, to ensure that TradersCircle's management of personal information is in accordance with this statement and the Privacy Act.
