Q: Why do I get logged off automatically ?
A:
If you are not actively navigating within the site you will only remain logged in for a period of 20 minutes. This is to prevent your account being misused by other parties should you be accessing the InnerCircle website from a shared computer in a public place such as a library, Internet cafe, or other location.
Q: How do I change my user settings?

To change your user settings click on the Profile link and follow the prompts. The Profile link generally appears at the top of the page on most people’s computers.
Q: What are Moderators ?
A:
Moderators look after the running of the InnerCircle forum from day to day. They can edit or delete posts and topics in the forum, and are generally there to prevent people going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive material.
Q: I have received spam or an abusive email from someone in the forum! What should I do?

The email form on the InnerCircle forum features safeguards to prevent spam and to track the origin of these types of communications. It would help us greatly if you could forward the offending email to the System Administrator who can then take the appropriate action.

Have you registered to become a member of the InnerCircle? If you haven’t, you will be unable to enter the InnerCircle website. You can become a member of the InnerCircle by filling in the application form here on the TradersCircle website, or by calling TradersCircle direct on 613 8080 5788

The Resource centre contains a suite of tools that provides real value to experienced traders. Members of the InnerCircle can access information on dividends, volatility estimates, historical volatility and share price charts, and an options fair value calculator.

The market reports are updated at the close of the markets abroad and uploaded onto the InnerCircle website at 9:45am every morning.

If you miss out on capitalizing on a trading opportunity, you can still learn from the trade by going to the InnerCircle website, viewing the analysis on the trade and then following the result. This will build your knowledge base and broaden your exposure to different trading strategies, giving you greater confidence when making decisions about trades in the future.
